A Ladder Point Locus

Problem

A segment ABAB of length 33 has AA on the xx-axis and BB on the yy-axis, and a point PP on the line ABAB satisfies BP→=2PA→\overrightarrow{BP} = 2\overrightarrow{PA}.

1. Find the equation of the locus of PP. 2. Call this locus the curve CC. A line ll through Q(2,1)Q(2, 1) meets CC at MM and NN; through MM, the line l′l' of slope −12-\dfrac{1}{2} meets CC again at RR. Prove that the intersection of line NRNR with line OQOQ is a fixed point (where OO is the origin), and find that point.
