A Markov-Style Sequence

Problem

A sequence {an}\{a_n\} satisfies a0=0a_0 = 0 and

an=12(3an−1+5an−12+4),n⩾1.a_n = \frac{1}{2}\left(3a_{n-1} + \sqrt{5a_{n-1}^2 + 4}\right), \quad n \geqslant 1.

Prove that every term of the sequence is a natural number, and that for any three consecutive terms an,an+1,an+2a_n, a_{n+1}, a_{n+2}, each pairwise product plus 11 is a perfect square.
