A square sheet of paper ABCDABCD with side length 11 is folded so that vertex BB lands at a point BB' on side ADAD, as shown in the figure. The crease meets sides ABAB and CDCD at points EE and FF respectively, so the part of the paper that is folded over is the quadrilateral EBCFEBCF. Find the minimum possible area of the folded part.
