A Locus from Perpendicular Focal Chords

Problem

Consider the ellipse x24+y23=1\dfrac{x^2}4+\dfrac{y^2}3=1 with foci F1F_1, F2F_2. Perpendicular lines l1l_1 and l2l_2 through F1F_1 and F2F_2 meet the ellipse at A,BA,B and C,DC,D respectively. The lines ACAC and BDBD meet at a point PP. Find the equation of the locus of PP.
