A Tangent Collinearity

Problem

Consider the ellipse C ⁣:x29+y28=1C \colon \dfrac{x^2}{9} + \dfrac{y^2}{8} = 1 and the circle M ⁣:x2+2x+y2+m=0M \colon x^2 + 2x + y^2 + m = 0. A line through the left vertex AA of the ellipse is tangent to the circle MM at BB and meets the ellipse again at PP. The line joining PP to the right focus FF meets the ellipse again at QQ. If B,M,QB, M, Q are collinear, find the real number mm.
