Midpoints of Tangent Chords

Problem

From an arbitrary point PP of the line l ⁣:x+y=2l \colon x + y = 2, two tangent lines are drawn to the circle C ⁣:x2+y2=1C \colon x^2 + y^2 = 1, touching it at AA and BB. Let QQ be the midpoint of segment ABAB. Find the range of possible distances from QQ to the line ll.
