Powers of Sine and Cosine

Problem

Let f(x)=sin⁡nx+cos⁡nxf(x) = \sin^n x + \cos^n x, where n∈N∗n \in \mathbb{N}^*.

1. When n=4n = 4, determine whether f(x)f(x) is even, odd, or neither. 2. For even nn, the equation f(x)=12025f(x) = \dfrac{1}{2025} has a solution. Find the minimum such nn. 3. If there exists nn such that the inequality

f(x)+a(sin⁡x+cos⁡x)−a⩾0f(x) + a(\sin x + \cos x) - a \geqslant 0

holds for all xx, find the range of possible values of the real number aa.
